We are a family run business which has been in operation for over 20 years. Our highly skilled tradesman have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in this time.
Brookmeade carries out comprehensive maintenance and refurbishment to commercial, retail and domestic property.
We handle contracts of all sizes, from small reactive maintenance and repairs to larger scale development.
We specialise in the leisure and hotel industry and operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when required. We are able to work at night to minimise disruption to your tenants or business. Our main client base is the licensed trade.

Geography of areas covered |

The areas we predominatly cover are Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Liverpool and Lancashire. This is on a small repairs and maintenance basis. For larger repairs and developments we can and have covered from Luton to Newcastle, Blackpool to Hull and all areas in between.
For service repairs we chage a nominal call out fee and an hourly rate. For larger repairs and projects we supply a free written estimate. We are insured to the value of £5,000,000 and have employees liability for £10,000,000. The company is V.A.T. registered.

We as a company have entered into a stratefic partnership with Citation PLC, a leading health and safety consultant who won the Queens award for industry.
All our employees are Health and Safety trained. Our sub contractors are vetted to ensure their compliance. All this is to ensure the health, safety and welfare of our employees and those we affect in the workplace.
